Swanton Sector Management has decided to ignore the Union’s request to stop mandating Agents on ATVs. Management has unilaterally decided their rights go beyond our contract, laws and policies and have even attempted to threaten agents with disciplinary actions, fit for duty tests and sending Agents home on sick leave.
